There's a distracting rushing in her ears, the sound of coolant being pumped too rapidly through her systems as 9S touches her on his own, of his own choice, because he wants to.

This has never felt like this. His fingers are warm and soft and her body is so yielding, so ready for him, and yet it feels like so much more. A deeper connection, something unbreakable and unmatchable, and if it weren't for his sudden spike of attitude she might be close to tears with the weight of what this means to her.
